The client
Home 360 is a real-estate platform: property listings a buyer can browse and search, virtual tours that let them move through a home before visiting, and a property-management layer for the agency that runs it.
What we built
A full web application covering both sides of the business.
- Searchable listings with the filters buyers actually use, and listing pages built to load fast and be indexed for area-plus-property searches.
- Rich galleries and virtual tours, optimised for mobile, so a buyer can walk a property from a phone.
- Property management for the agency: add and edit listings, manage availability, capture enquiries against a specific property.
How it was built
Next.js on the front end with server-rendered listing pages, Node.js on the back end for listings, media and enquiries, and Tailwind CSS for the interface. The design work focused on the two moments that decide a sale - the listing card that earns a click and the tour that earns a viewing.
