The client
Anuja Jain is an illustrator and designer from Bombay running a small studio that helps brands tell their stories with illustration and design. The work spans commissioned artwork, wedding comics, picture books for ages seven to twelve, illustrated campaigns, packaging and brand assets, and a sketchbook comic series called 13gms.
What we built
A portfolio and studio site that gets out of the way of the work and that the artist runs herself.
- A Work section split by kind of commission - portfolio, picture book, illustrated campaigns, wedding comics, children’s magazine - so each kind of client finds their proof.
- A Free Brand Audit landing page as the hook that starts a conversation with a brand.
- The 13gms comics gallery and a studio blog for ongoing personal work.
- A shop for prints and small products, with shipping and returns policies.
- A simple contact form and links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, Facebook and Behance.
- A warm cream palette with the studio’s red as the single accent, matching the logo.
How it was built
Wix, so galleries, blog posts, shop items and prices are all editable by the artist without a developer. Google Analytics for measurement. The footer carries a small “Powered by FlowLaunch” credit.
